DANG, May 22: Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Chet Narayan Acharya, has stated that the provincial government will bring a people-oriented budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
Inaugurating today's interaction programme on 'Law, Budget and Plan Formulation and Parliamentary Oversight' organised by the Provincial Good Governance Centre in Bhalubang, he expressed a commitment to bring a people-oriented and development-focused budget reflecting everyone's sentiments.

Chief Minister Acharya stated that preparations for the policies and programmes and budget formulation for the upcoming fiscal year have been accelerated.
“We are engaged in preparing next year's policies and programmes, and the budget. We are preparing to present a policy, programme and budget that incorporate everyone's sentiments,” he said.
The inauguration programme was concluded under the chairmanship of Ujir Prasad Neupane, Chief Executive Director of the Provincial Good Governance Centre, and with Chief Minister Acharya as the chief guest.
The programme is attended by provincial government ministers, chairpersons of parliamentary committees, and members of the provincial assembly.
