KATHMANDU, March 7: Candidates of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) are leading by wide margins in all four constituencies of Sarlahi in the ongoing House of Representatives election vote count.
According to results entered into the Election Commission (EC)’s counting system, in Sarlahi-4, RSP candidate Amresh Kumar Singh is leading Nepali Congress (NC) President Gagan Kumar Thapa by 4,431 votes. Singh has secured 11,383 votes, while Thapa has received 6,952 votes.

In Sarlahi-3, RSP candidate Narendra Sah Kalwar is leading with 20,278 votes. He is followed by Nepali Communist Party (NCP) candidate Narayan Kaji Shrestha with 6,742 votes.
In Sarlahi-2, RSP candidate Rabin Mahato is ahead with 28,991 votes, while his competitor Mahindra Raya Yadav of the NCP has received 6,075 votes.
In Sarlahi-1, RSP candidate Nitima Bhandari (Karki) is leading with 24,186 votes. Her rivals include NC candidate Shambhulal Shrestha with 3,634 votes and CPN-UML candidate Manoj Kumar Devkota with 3,337 votes.
