KATHMANDU, Jan 17: Former Minister of State for Industry, Commerce and Supplies and industrialist, Moti Lal Dugar, has been appointed the special economic advisor (honorary) to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
A recent cabinet meeting made a decision to this effect. Dugar has been given the ministerial rank.
