KATHMANDU, Nov 27: In the Nepal Premier League (NPL) match against Janakpur Bolts, Pokhara Avengers captain Kushal Bhurtel was dismissed for a golden duck.
At the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Bhurtel was out on the very first ball he faced in the ninth over. He was dismissed by Janakpur bowler Sanjay Krishnamurti.

Pokhara, which had a strong start, lost two key wickets in the same over. In the 8.3 over, Sanjay had earlier caught the set opener Adam Rossington for 24 runs. On the very next ball (8.4 over), he dismissed captain Bhurtel, dealing a second blow to Pokhara.
Pokhara lost their first two wickets at 61 runs. Opener Dinesh Kharel is currently at the crease with 37 runs.
