DOLPA, March 11: A teenager arrested for attempting to rape a six years old girl has been sent to a rehabilitation center by the District Court, Dolpa.

A seventeen-year-old boy of Kaike Rural Municipality-5 was booked for trying to rape a minor of Kaike-2, according to Police Inspector Jibraj Thapa of District Police Office (DPO), Dolpa.This incident occurred on February 14 at the house of the victim. The boy was arrested the same day after the victim's family filed a complaint accusing him of raping their daughter.On February 15, police forwarded the case to the district court. On March 6, the district court delivered the verdict to send the boy to the rehabilitation center considering his age.
