KATHMANDU, March 6: Bhim Rawal of the Nepali Communist Party is leading in Achham-1 with 487 votes.
Similarly, CPN-UML candidate Deepak Bahadur Saud has received 342 votes, while Nepali Congress candidate Bharat Kumar Swar is in third place with 109 votes.
