KATHMANDU, Dec 3: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has taken the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), Pradeep Adhikari, into custody as it prepares to file a case against him at the Special Court.
