KATHMANDU, May 11: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has offered his sorrow over the demise of the second people's movement victim, Mukesh Kayastha who was also known as the ‘living martyr’.
The PM, through a social networking site, extended his heartfelt condolences to Kayastha, the bereaved family, and his relatives and well-wishers. Kayastha died on Wednesday night. He was 32.
