Flights cancelled from TIA to seven different international airports

Similarly, the TIA Office has urged passengers to contact the respective airline before going to the airport for their flight.

KATHMANDU, Feb 28: International flights from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) to seven different international airports have been cancelled due to the ban on air travel to these airports.



General Manager of TIA Teknath Sitaula said that all afternoon and evening flights from TIA have been cancelled on Saturday due to the ban on flights to Sharjah, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait City, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Dammam airports.

“As flights have been banned at Sarjah, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait City, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Dammam airports, all day and night flights from Nepal to these airports have been cancelled. Information will be provided once a further decision is made on when the flights will resume,” Sitaula said.


Similarly, the TIA Office has urged passengers to contact the respective airline before going to the airport for their flight.
