Govt reiterates its plan to convert real sector companies with specified capital into public limited companies

KATHMANDU, May 28: The government has reiterated its plan to convert the real sector companies which have met the specified threshold of capital base into public limited companies.

KATHMANDU, May 28: The government has reiterated its plan to convert the real sector companies which have met the specified threshold of capital base into public limited companies. According to the government, the CDS and Clearing Limited and Securities Board of Nepal will be restructured to ensure an effective working mechanism of the share market.
