KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has cast his vote from Maitidevi Temple polling station located in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-30.

Thapa is a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives from Kathmandu Constituency Number 4.
Talking to media persons after casting his votes, Thapa said that preparations for parliamentary party elections will be made from the day after MPs are elected. He said that formalities for parliamentary parties are not completed in any other party except NC.
