KATHMANDU, March 27: Rainfall has been recorded in several parts of the country, with meteorologists urging the public to remain cautious due to lightning activity.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM), light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder, lightning, hail, and gusty winds is currently occurring in some areas of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, as well as a few hilly and mountainous regions in other provinces.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) under the DHM has advised people to take necessary precautions, particularly against lightning strikes, which have been reported alongside the ongoing weather activity.
