KATHMANDU, March 6: Counting of votes has begun in Sarlahi-4 Constituency, with vote counting taking place at Shree Beni Bhola School, Godaita.

A close electoral contest is expected between Gagan Thapa, President of Nepali Congress, and Amresh Kumar Singh of Rastriya Swatantra Party.


Meanwhile, vote counting has also started in Sarlahi–2 at Hariwan Municipality Wards 2 and 8.
