The first inbound flight carried 17 passengers, while the return flight is set to take 167 passengers back to Bangkok. Airport officials said that although the arrival count was low due to the service resuming after a long gap, outbound passenger numbers remain strong.
The airline has stated that ticket sales for the resumed service are performing well.
