Home Minister Aryal highlighted the vital role of civil society in countering the spread of religious extremism and divisive ideologies circulating on digital platforms, saying their engagement is crucial to preserving peace, harmony, and communal goodwill.
The discussion concluded with a shared commitment from the government and civil society to work hand in hand to control activities that disrupt mutual harmony and undermine respect for one another’s religious beliefs.
