KATHMANDU, Nov 10: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has received Bhai Tika. Prime Minister Oli's sisters Bishnu Maya Dhakal and Kamala Devi Koirala offered him tika at 11:55 am at his official residence in Baluwatar.
