KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), arrived in Kathmandu from Chitwan this afternoon. He was recently released on bail in a cooperative fraud case.

A large number of RSP leaders, activists and supporters gathered outside the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport to welcome him. As Lamichhane exited the airport, his supporters cheered and chanted slogans in a show of enthusiasm.
Following his release, a renewed wave of energy has been observed among RSP leaders and cadres, prompting authorities to heighten security measures at the airport during his arrival.
