KATHMANDU, Jan 28 : Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has listed 33.33 percent bonus shares that Sunrise Bank Ltd had distributed to its shareholders as per the decision by its 9th annual general meeting (AGM).

Issuing a statement, the bank said that its total paid-up capital has now increased to Rs 5.30 billion. The bank further said that it was in the process to acquire NICD Capitals Markets Ltd.
The bank plans to issue 30 percent bonus share after the acquisition. “After that, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 7.09 billion,” the statement added.
