Balen says manifesto will be released in third week of February

KATHMANDU, Feb 3: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) senior leader Balendra Shah (Balen) said the party is preparing its manifesto in coordination with the people.



His remarks came in response to questions from residents about his independent party’s agenda and upcoming plans in Kamal Rural Municipality, Jhapa.

Addressing the locals, he said, “Every community and individual has different priorities. For some, health matters; for others, education or infrastructure. Businesspeople prioritize trade, while farmers focus on agriculture. Not everyone needs everything. That’s why we are preparing agendas tailored to the concerns of each individual or group.”


Shah added that separate agendas are being drafted considering local, regional, and national needs. He further stated that his party’s manifesto will be released in the third week of February.


He is currently campaigning in Jhapa-5 for the upcoming elections.
