CPN Maoist cadres smear soot on Morang DLRO officer

BIRATNAGAR, Aug. 14: The cadres of the CPN Maoist A group of people smeared soot on the face of an officer of the Morang District Land Revenue Office (DLRO) in Biratnagar today.

DLRO Chief Narendra Poudel said that of four people of the group, who came on two motorcycles, dragged Kumar Acharya out of the office and smeared soot on his face.Poudel said that they escaped from the scene after the incident. Meanwhile, issuing a statement, the office staffers halted the administrative works to protest the incident, demanding actions against the guilty. RSS
