KATHMANDU, Oct 26: Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal is set to undertake a field visit to Madhes Province to assess the state of peace and security and review preparations for the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election.
Minister Aryal will be accompanied by Industry and Law Minister Anil Kumar Sinha, Youth and Sports Minister Bablu Gupta, and Home Secretary Rameshwar Dangal.

The team is scheduled to depart for Janakpur on Monday to examine security arrangements ahead of the elections slated for Falgun 21. During the two-day visit, officials will inspect various security agency offices and hold interactions with heads of government offices in the region.
In addition, the delegation is expected to participate in Chhath-related events, according to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
