KATHMANDU, March 5: More than 4.4 million votes had been cast across the country by 1 PM in the House of Representatives (HoR) elections on Thursday.

According to the Election Commission, a total of 4,455,790 votes had been cast by 1 PM in the polling that began at 7 AM.
