KATHMANDU, Jan 20: The Parsa District Court has demanded a bail of Rs 10 million from Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Rabi Lamichhane.
A single bench of Judge Rudra Subedi issued the bail order. Lamichhane had appeared in court while preparing to file his candidacy from Chitwan-2

Parsa District Government Attorney’s Office on June 15 had filed a charge-sheet against Lamichhane and 28 others in connection with cooperative fraud and organised crime cases.
Rabi is accused of misappropriating Rs 115.6 million from Sano Paila Savings and Credit Cooperative, headquartered in Birgunj.
