KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Prakash Adhikari, an independent candidate, has filed his candidacy for the House of Representatives election in Kathmandu Constituency No. 2.
Joshi's proposer is Krishna Murari Rizal while his seconder is Kedarnath Dahal.

Adhikari, who is also an advocate, said while registering his candidacy that a person with legal knowledge is needed at the level of state policy making. He is a native of this area.
