Gold price hits all-time high in domestic market

The yellow metal that was traded at Rs 198,400 per tola on Thursday increased by Rs 1,000 per tola on Friday, reaching an all-time high.

KATHMANDU, Aug 8: The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,000 per tola in the local market. According to the price fixed by the Federation of Nepal Gold Silver Dealers' Association for Friday, the price of gold has reached Rs 199,400 per tola.

The yellow metal that was traded at Rs 198,400 per tola on Thursday increased by Rs 1,000 per tola on Friday, reaching an all-time high.


Similarly, the price of silver has increased by Rs 10 per tola. Silver was traded at Rs 2,315 per tola on Thursday and the price for total is Rs 2,325 per tola, according to the Federation.
