KATHMANDU, March 9: Ten people lost their lives in separate road accidents across Nepal on Saturday and Sunday.
According to the Nepal Police, one fatality was reported at each of the following locations: Tarkeshwor Municipality–4 (Kathmandu), Paroha Municipality–8 and Chandrapur Municipality–1 (Rautahat), Ganeshman Charnath Municipality–5 (Dhanusha), and Sundarbazar Municipality–7, Kumaltar (Lamjung).
When will it end?
Another person died in Hariwan Municipality–2 (Sarlahi). Meanwhile, in Kalika Municipality–9 (Chitwan), an out-of-control auto rickshaw traveling from Urpdangadhi to Shaktikhor collided, killing four people, including the driver, Purna Bikash of Rapti Municipality–9, police said.
Authorities are investigating all the accidents.
