To promote Pokhara Tourism Year 2025–26, the organisers will install temporary floodlights at the venue, allowing matches to be played in the evening and enhancing the overall spectator experience.

The participating teams include Nepal Police Club, Church Boys United, Manang Marsyangdi Club, Nepal APF Club, Planning Boys United, Jawalakhel Youth Club, Thunderbolt North United Club of Sikkim (India), Machhindra Football Club, Gorkha International Football Club of Hong Kong, one team from India, Abha Football Club of Uzbekistan, and hosts Sahara Club Pokhara.
