KATHMANDU, Dec 27: The Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal led-faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is registering a vote of no confidence motion against Sherdan Rai, the Chief Minister of Province 1 today.
This comes a day after Chief Minister Rai sacked the Provincial Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Province 1 Indra Angbo. He is considered close to the Dahal-Nepal led faction of NCP.

The Dahal-Nepal faction is also looking forward to file candidacy of Bhim Acharya as a Chief Minister of Province 1, according to the sources.
