ICC World Cup League 2 series: Nepal earn six points, defeat USA in final match

KATHMANDU, May 22 : Nepal national cricket team collected six points in their seventh series of the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 after defeating United States national cricket team by 122 runs in the final match on Friday.

Nepal secured their third victory of the series with the commanding win over the USA.

The team had started the series with a narrow two-run defeat against Scotland national cricket team but bounced back strongly to win their next three matches.

Nepal first defeated the USA by nine wickets before registering a six-wicket victory over Scotland in the third game. In Friday’s final match, Nepal once again dominated the USA to seal the series on a high note.

During the series, Nepal won three matches, Scotland secured two victories, while the USA managed only one win.
