Rainfall since Friday afternoon has made the road surface murky and hazardous. Even light rain makes it difficult for vehicles to pass through the elevated parts of this section.

The Narayangadh–Butwal Road Project stated that efforts are underway to restore smooth traffic flow. However, even light rainfall continues to pose challenges for vehicular movement in the area.

Meanwhile, the Project has imposed a ban on the movement of large container vehicles along the highway from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, effective from March 22. The decision aims to reduce potential risks for vehicles during nighttime hours.
