KATHMANDU, April 14: Police have arrested a minor in possession of cannabis from Birgunj.
A team deployed from the District Police Office, Parsa, arrested a 16-year-old boy from Nagwa Fulbari Tole in Birgunj Metropolitan City-16 while he was allegedly packaging and selling cannabis in small packets.

Based on a tip-off, police also searched his house and recovered 14.226 kilograms of a substance resembling cannabis, excluding packaging materials.
