HETAUDA March 22: Chief Judge at the Patan High Court, Prakash Dhungana, administered the oath of office and secrecy to the Chief Attorney of the Government of Province-3, Surya Chandra Neupane, amidst a ceremony held here today.

Chief of Province-3, Ms Anuradha Koirala, Chief Minister Dormani Poudel and Speaker of the Province Assembly Sanu Kumar Shrestha were present on the occasion. Chief Minister Poudel had appointed the 68-year-old law professional Neupane to the post on March 7.
