CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the Supreme Court has done injustice to Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, he said that the Supreme Court had done injustice to Lamichhane by showing procedural errors.

Oli said that Lamichhane did not enter the House of Representatives only because the door was open and that he was elected only after the Election Commission (EC) deemed him qualified. He said that while he was talking about giving voting rights to Nepalis living abroad, the issue raised by Speaker Lamichhane raised the question of whether or not to give voting rights to non-resident Nepalis.
He said that it is necessary to make a clear policy to prevent such decisions from happening in the future while speaking about giving the right to vote to Nepalis living abroad.
