KATHMANDU, May 20: Delays in the timely promotions of several police officers within Nepal Police have affected the career progression of officers, ranging from the top to the lower levels.
The facility was established last April. Though the formal inauguration was held on Thursday, the Embassy had been providing services since its establishment.
