KATHMANDU, Feb 27: Nepali Congress (NC) President Gagan Thapa has asserted that there is no reason for voters to refrain from supporting the party. Speaking at an election rally in Butwal on Friday, Thapa urged party workers to campaign door-to-door and ensure Congress wins.
“There's no reason not to vote for Nepali Congress,” he told activists, adding, “Go to every household and encourage people to vote for Nepali Congress.” Thapa claimed that internal party disputes have been resolved and emphasized that NC has the capability not only to address internal issues but also to work with other parties on national matters.

He further stated that the party has studied the problems of the people thoroughly and is prepared to lead the country. “From delivering fertilizer to farmers’ fields to controlling monkeys in the hills, our team has studied these issues and now we seek people’s mandate,” Thapa said. He also urged party workers not to remain inactive on social media but to actively engage with voters.
