KATHMANDU, June 3: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli on Monday dodged questions regarding the Giri Bandhu scam and instead pointed to Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen). This response came during an interaction with media personnel at the Parliament building on Monday.
