KATHMANDU, May 5: Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel held a meeting with Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba on Monday to discuss the budget for the upcoming Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26.
Paudel visited Deuba's residence in Budhanilkantha this morning for the discussion.

According to Paudel's Secretariat, Deuba advised the Finance Minister to adopt austerity measures and ensure the budget effectively utilizes available resources, considering the country's economic condition.
