KATHMANDU, May 6: Chargé d'Affaires of the German Embassy in Kathmandu Dr Michael Koch paid a courtesy call on Defense Minister Manbir Rai on Tuesday.
The meeting between Rai and Koch took place at the Ministry of Defense in Singh Durbar.
