KATHMANDU, May 20: Delays in the timely promotions of several police officers within Nepal Police have affected the career progression of officers, ranging from the top to the lower levels.
Speaking during the emergency session of the House, MPs urged the government to respond more effectively and urgently to mounting public concerns across multiple fronts.
