MoFAGA transfers 58 officers, appoints seven as chief administrative officers

According to a transfer list published on the ministry’s website on Wednesday, 54 officers from the additional group were among those reassigned through a decision taken on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, May 6: The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) has transferred 58 government officers, including several officials previously placed under the MoFAGA’s reserve pool.



According to a transfer list published on the ministry’s website on Wednesday, 54 officers from the additional group were among those reassigned through a decision taken on Tuesday.

The MoFAGA has appointed seven officers from the reserve pool as chief administrative officers in different local governments.


Similarly, four chief administrative officers serving in local units have been transferred under three separate ministries, while 17 officials have been reassigned to the Ministry of Home Affairs and its subordinate bodies, the MoFAGA said.
