The service allows users to send parcels across the city at a fair price negotiated directly between the customer and the courier. On average, couriers arrive at the pickup point within 5–6 minutes, with order matching completed in under 40 seconds and an average delivery distance of around 6 km.

According to inDrive’s internal data, during the Nepali New Year period in 2025, the total number of delivery orders increased by more than 200 percent compared to the previous year. This growth was accompanied by a substantial rise in both total users and small- and medium-sized business (SMB) partners, including local shops, online sellers, and home-based businesses. Compared to last year, the number of active business users grew by 2.6 times, indicating rising adoption of delivery services among small businesses. During this period, users relied on the platform to send a wide range of items—from clothing and everyday essentials to food, spare parts, and standard parcels such as boxes and packages.
