KATHMANDU, Aug 9: Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd (SCBNL) has won the 'Asia Best Employer Brand Awards 2016'.
Issuing a statement, the foreign venture commercial bank said that the 7th edition of the award, hosted by Employer Branding Institute (EBI), World HRD Congress and other strategic partners, and endorsed by Asian Confederation of Businesses, was organized on last Thursday.
"The winners were selected on the basis of their exemplary learning and development initiatives, communicating distinctiveness in employee hiring; training and retention practices and continuous innovation," reads the statement.
Earlier this year, the bank had won 'Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2016' from Euromoney and 'Best Digital Bank Awards 2016' from the Global Finance.
