According to the Lalitpur District Police Range, police have arrested Sanjeev Nepali of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-9 and Gagan Sunar of Gaindakot on charges of murdering the brothers.

The preliminary police investigation indicates that a phone call triggered the incident. Sumit Nembang had attempted to verbally abuse someone, but the call mistakenly reached Nepali.

After an exchange of abusive words, Nepali allegedly asked the brothers to meet at Mangalbazaar. Police said the confrontation escalated near Krishna Mandir, where the stabbing took place.

Further investigation into the case is underway.
