JANAKPURDHAM, Dec 21: President of Nepali Congress (NC), Sher Bahadur Deuba, has arrived in Janakpur. He arrived in Janakpur on Thursday for the inauguration of the Madhesh Province conference of the party.
NC General Secretary Gagan Thapa has also arrived in Janakpur today along with President Deuba. Deuba will inaugurate the provincial conference being organized at Tirhutiya Gachhi in Janakpurdham.
Why was the train from Janakpur to Ayodhya canceled?
The opening session of the conference will be held at Tirhutiya Gachhi in Janakpurdham and the closing session will be held tomorrow at Mahendra Narayan Nidhi Mithila Culture Center.
According to the NC, 50,000 leaders and workers from all eight districts of Madhesh Province will be present in the opening session of the conference and 825 provincial representatives will participate in the closed session.
