KATHMANDU, May 27: Protesters gathered at Maitighar Mandala on Wednesday demanding the immediate publication of the National Human Rights Commission’s (NHRC) report on the Gen Z movement.
Organising the demonstration, the National Gen Z Citizens’ Campaign accused authorities of trying to suppress public voices and conceal the truth surrounding the movement.

Participants carried placards reading, “Stop suppressing people’s voices and hiding the truth,” “People want justice, not confusion,” and “Whoever is responsible must face legal action.”
The protesters urged the NHRC to make the report public without delay and called for accountability over incidents linked to the movement.
