KATHMANDU, March 9: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Sudan Gurung has continued to extend his lead in Gorkha-1.



According to the latest vote count, Gurung has secured 26,522 votes. He is followed by Nepali Congress candidate Premkumar Khatri with 14,379 votes.

Hariraj Adhikari of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) has received 10,589 votes, while CPN-UML’s Ramchandra Lamichhane is in fourth place with 3,417 votes.
