KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai, who was recently released by the Kathmandu District Court on a bail of Rs 40,000 after being cleared of charges related to criminal benefits, was re-arrested from the court premises.

Following his release on Thursday, Prasai was arrested again on new charges of organized crime. The re-arrest occurred shortly after the court’s decision, as police moved to round him up under the new charges.
